Pre-Trial Jury Research – Focus Groups and Mock Trials

Focus groups and mock trials are ideal for testing themes, strategy and arguments. They also uncover juror attitudes and experiences that may influence their decision making processes. Witness Preparation

Voir Dire Strategy, Voir Dire Questions and Design of Supplemental Jury Questionnaires

Voir dire questions and questionnaires are designed to develop a complete composite of each juror. A questionnaire will more accurately reflect potential juror bias and prejudice. Voir dire questions are designed that will reveal harmful prospective jurors and expose feelings, beliefs, biases, experiences, and concerns.
